- He previously worked at Kagiso Trust Investments (Co-founder and Managing Director), PwC (Partner), South African Institute of Chartered Accountants and its Education Committee (Chairperson), member of the Katz Commission of Inquiry into Taxation in South Africa, the General Committee of the JSE Securities Exchange, The Audit Commission – Supervisory Body of the Office of Auditor General, the Audit Committee of National Treasury and the Editorial Board of “The Journal of Accounting Research”.
- He previously served as the Chairperson of the Resilient Property Income Fund and the South African Qualifications Authority, and as a non- executive director of Adcorp Holdings, ArcelorMittal (SA), MTN Group, and the Council of the University of Johannesburg.
- He is a non- executive director of Sasol, Datatec, Motus, and the Chairperson of Momentum Metropolitan Holdings and Silver Unicorn Trading 33.
- He is a member of the Investment Committee.

- She has over 20 years’ professional experience in finance, audit, corporate governance, strategy, private equity, mergers & acquisitions, investment management, and investor relations.
- She previously worked as a senior manager responsible for strategy and investor relations at Imperial Group and prior to that, she worked for over a decade at Kagiso Trust Investments, and later at Kagiso Tiso Holdings as a director of investments.
- She sat on the boards of Macsteel, Bytes Technology Group, Multotec, UTI Pharma and Universal Print Group, Kagiso Media, Technology Innovation Agency, Soul City Institute and the South African Venture Capital Association.
- She currently serves as a board member for Proconics , Mix Telematics, The Programme to Improved Learning Outcomes (PILO) and The African Show Coalition Institute (TASCI).
Fezekile Tshiqi

- He has over 30 years’ experience in the areas of talent management, policy development, leadership, employee and management development, employee relations, as well as transformation, all within a strategic context.
- He has held various senior HR management positions in major FMCG companies, including Unilever, Amalgamated Beverage Industries (ABI), Corobrik, PG Bison, Adcock Ingram and Nampak until he retired from his last position as Group HR Director at Nampak. He has served as President and non-executive director of the Printing Industries Federation of South Africa.
- He currently serves as the Chairperson and non-executive director of the Advisory Board of the IDF Good Chemistry Fund, and he is also Managing Director of Tshiqi Consulting, a specialist Human Resources consultancy firm based in Benoni, Gauteng.
- He is a member of the Investment Committee.

- He has 28 years private equity experience and has been involved in all aspects of private equity in the media, retail, transport and logistics, consumer services, IT services, distribution, industrial manufacturing, resources, construction, healthcare and textile industries.
- He has been involved in a variety of transaction types including: privatizations, partnering with entrepreneurs, family-controlled businesses, auction deals, industry consolidation, turnarounds, acquiring non-core assets from conglomerates, rationalization of non-core assets, public to private’s and raising European HYB finance.
- He previously served as a member of the leadership team who established Ethos Private Equity as the leading private equity firm in South Africa, and as Managing Director and Co-Head of the Carlyle Sub-Saharan Africa Fund.
- He served as an Advisor to Capital International Private Equity for South Africa.
- He is a member of the Investment Committee.
