D Capital Fund I
- R500 million committed capital
- Target companies with at least R30 million EBITDA
- In partnership with RMB Corvest
- Preferred investment amount is between R40 million and R100 million
- Investment term can be long term if required
D Capital Fund II
- Capital contributed on a deal by deal basis
- Target companies with at least R5 million EBITDA, up to R30 million
- In partnership with Nedi Investments (Pty) Ltd (Dick Merks and Neil Page, co-founders of RMB Corvest)
- Investment term can be long term if required
